15 Metre Catamaran
This 15-metre (50ft) sailing catamaran was built from Alexander Verhus’s drawings through to completion, in a build carried out with the team at Mono and Multihull Boatbuilders in Holland. One plug was used to mould both hulls, with two separate deck frames built for each side. The decks were laid up in the same 25mm…

Flyin’ Furkin
Known to her crew as the Flying Ferkins, this boat carried Andrew Delaney and Guy Watts of Team MSS across the Indian Ocean in the inaugural Woodvale Indian Ocean rowing race, finishing on 30 July 2009 after 102 days, 13 hours and 40 minutes at sea. The crossing set a run of world records for…

Row to the Pole
Named the Old Pulteney, Row to the Pole, this boat was built for an expedition to the Magnetic North Pole led by Scots adventurer Jock Wishart, working with the team at Rossiter Yachts in Christchurch, Dorset. Hull Skinning

-
Ponds
Not every job involves a boat. This two ponds — including a round koi pond and a larger ornamental pond — needed new lining and repair work, using the same laminating skills that go into a hull.
-
Top Hats
These GRP caps were purpose-made as bumper protection, fitted over the top of jetty posts to take the knocks that would otherwise damage the timber underneath.

Range Rover Moulds
This set of moulds was built to produce bespoke front and rear bumpers for a 2012 Range Rover — a one-off automotive tooling job using the same plug-and-mould process behind our marine work.
